Prima Management Consulting started with implementation of the Program of “open” courses by delivering the training on Project Cycle Management (PCM). The PCM Training was held twice a week within the period November 10th to December 10th 2009 with in total 30 training hours.
Ten participants on the training has been introduced theoretically and practically with basic principles of planning; Program and Projects Management; Logical Framework Approach; Social capital and partnerships; and with process of applying for EU funding.
Trainers Maja & Lile led the participants through the process of developing Logical Framework for the two project ideas that can be developed further on into complete Projects.
The participants exited the training satisfied with the manner how curricula was presented, especially by connecting practical experience with the theoretical knowledge and usage of practical examples from the trainers wide project management experience. The possibility for discussions, exchange of opinions and ideas was as well highly appreciated.
