On 9th June 2010 Maja Baric participated with a short speech at a public panel on the topic “Tourism as a future for Macedonian development”. The panel was held at the University for Tourism and Management in Skopje. At the event attended representatives from the Government of Macedonia, Economic Chamber, the Association of Intellectuals – Third Age, University of Tourism and Management in Skopje, as well as other representatives from the field of tourism and economy. She raised the question of the role of Intellectual Property rights and the tourism development. The presentation on the panel was based on article published in the Articles of the Prima Management Consulting web site where its consultants publishing own works. The article is titled as “Intellectual Property as a tool for tourism development”.
